How TourCue handles your data

Capture showing feedback in 60 seconds and send follow-ups before you forget. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us if you have privacy questions.

What we collect

We collect account information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and authentication details through Supabase Auth. When you create a showing note, we also process the note content, transcript text, uploaded audio, client details, and generated follow-up drafts needed to provide the product.

How we use it

We use your data to authenticate you, store showing notes, generate summaries and follow-up drafts, display client history, troubleshoot failures, and improve the onboarding and activation flow. We also log a small set of product events, such as signup success and first-summary completion, so we can understand whether the core workflow is working.

Third-party services

TourCue relies on Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI-compatible providers for text generation; AssemblyAI for transcription; and Resend for transactional email. These processors only receive the data needed to perform their role in the product.

Data retention and access

We retain account data and showing records while your account remains active so you can continue to access your client memory and timelines. If you need help with deletion or access questions, email whoqian@gmail.com.
