Use of the service

You may use TourCue to capture showing feedback, organize client notes, and draft follow-up messages for your own real-estate workflow. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to clients.

No guarantee of legal or brokerage compliance

TourCue is a workflow assistant, not a brokerage system of record, legal advisor, or compliance product. You remain responsible for complying with your brokerage, MLS, privacy, and communications obligations.

Availability and beta changes

The public MVP may evolve quickly. We may improve, limit, or remove features as we learn from early usage, especially around onboarding, AI generation, and public beta access. We will aim to communicate material changes clearly inside the app or by email.
